Shipping and delivery
Our shipping times can vary between 4-15 business days for the US and 9-18 days outside the US. It depends on how many orders there are for a particular item and which location you are ordering from.
Shipping process
On average, we need between 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially on holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues.
Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we cannot make any changes (including the address). We only deliver to the address you provided during checkout.
For orders with multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to different locations of the production partners.
